15% Resident Offer Terms and Conditions

To avail the exclusive 15% resident offer, guests are required to present a valid local ID during check-in. Failure to provide a valid ID will necessitate the guest to settle the full accommodation amount prior to commencing their stay.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

Reservations are to be guaranteed by DPO, Credit Card, bank transfer or via Selcom. We will send the invoice together with our Bank Account Details or Link to arrange necessary payments.
To confirm all our reservations we require 100% deposit within 24 hours of making the Reservation.

Cancellation Policy

The Overhang will refund fees received as listed below less non-refundable charges
(Bank charges fee, Bank Transfer Fee, Paypal Fee)

Peak Season:
100% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

High Season:
50% non-refundable deposit, if cancelled more than 1 month prior to reserved date.
100% non-refundable deposit, if cancelled less than 1 month prior to reserved date.
